I. Warehouse Management Section

1. Inbound Process Optimization When goods arrive at the warehouse, use a barcode printer to generate unique barcode labels for each item. Labels may include key information such as product name, specifications, batch number, production date, etc. Warehouse staff scan the barcodes using scanning devices to input product information into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The system automatically assigns storage locations and records the inbound time. This method ensures fast and accurate inbound operations, reduces manual entry errors, and improves efficiency.

2. Inventory Management Conduct regular inventory checks by scanning barcodes with scanning devices and comparing data with the WMS to ensure inventory accuracy. Classify and organize inventory items by barcode information, enabling easier locating and retrieval. The system automatically triggers alerts when stock levels fall below predefined safety thresholds, prompting timely replenishment.

3. Outbound Process Optimization Upon receiving outbound orders, warehouse staff locate corresponding items in the WMS based on order details. Scan barcodes to verify product information before initiating outbound operations. The system updates inventory quantities and records the outbound time. Print outbound documents with attached barcode labels for delivery personnel to cross-check product details.

II. Distribution Management Section

1. Goods Tracking Attach barcode-enabled delivery labels to shipments or vehicles during outbound, containing details such as destination, route, and estimated delivery time. Delivery personnel use mobile scanners to capture barcode data at key checkpoints, uploading real-time status updates to the Distribution Management System (DMS). Customers can track shipment status via the system, viewing real-time location and delivery estimates.

2. Delivery Receipt Management Upon arrival, customers scan the barcode to confirm product accuracy before signing for receipt. The receipt confirmation is automatically uploaded to the DMS, finalizing the delivery process.
